Terms and conditions
How Loopi works for businesses and their customers, in plain words. Fair to both sides and as short as we could make it.

The basics
These terms cover the Loopi app, the Loopi business dashboard and this website, run by Loopi Innovación Digital SL. By using Loopi you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us first.
Your 30 days free
Every plan starts with 30 days free. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
Plans and payment
Loopi Basic costs €25 per month and Loopi Recommend costs €49 per month, both plus VAT. Plans are billed monthly in advance after the free trial.
There are no setup fees and no long contracts. You can change plan or cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
The NFC device
Every plan includes an NFC device for your counter. Keep it somewhere your customers can reach it, look after it like any other equipment in your business and contact support if it stops working.
Stamps and rewards
Each business sets its own stamp cards and rewards, and is responsible for honouring them. Stamps are for real visits: collecting stamps without a visit or a purchase, or tampering with a device, is not allowed and can lead to an account being closed.
Reviews
Only people who actually visited a business can review it. Keep reviews honest and respectful. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the visit.
Using the app
The Loopi app is free for customers. Use it for yourself, keep your account details safe and do not try to break, copy or misuse the service.
Limits of liability
We work hard to keep Loopi running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. We may update them from time to time, and the date at the top changes when we do. If a change is significant, we tell account holders before it applies.
